Antalya–Alanya Highway:
Great Contribution to Tourism
Construction of the Antalya–Alanya Highway officially began on July 25, 2025. This significant infrastructure project will not only reduce traffic congestion but also significantly support tourism, the economy, and regional development.
The new route will be 122 km long in total: 84 km of main roads, 38 km of connecting roads, 7 junctions, 5 tunnels, 16 viaducts and 4 rest areas, providing a modern and comfortable transportation opportunity.
A Great Advantage for Tourists
Thanks to the new highway, travel time from Antalya Airport to Alanya
will be reduced from the current approximately 2.5 hours to just 60 minutes.

- Traffic congestion and waiting times along the road will be eliminated,
- Tourists will reach their hotels much faster,
- And they'll be able to start their holidays almost as soon as they step off the plane.
This development will make the Antalya-Alanya line more attractive to international tourists.
Economic and Regional Gain
The project is expected to generate a total annual economic benefit of 17.7 billion Turkish Lira. It is also projected to reduce CO₂ emissions by approximately 47,000 tons annually.
